Mindfulness lunchtime drop-in sessions open to all now online three times a week
… online since March 2020!
Anyone interested in a (currently virtual) facilitated mindfulness practice for half an hour from 12:30-1pm every Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays (except Bank Holidays) can connect with CEMR’s mindfulness team to make space for community, friendly smiles, and self-care.
