Mindfulness lunchtime drop-in sessions for City students and staff now online three times a week
Anyone interested in practicing mindfulness for half an hour over lunchtime can now log in on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays to connect with CEMR’s mindfulness facilitator team and make space for community, friendly smiles, and self-care.
